Key aspects of the role will include: <BR><BR>Technical support to development teams and to assist in the analysis, design of environments. <BR><BR>Planning, implementation and specification of changes, enhancements, and additions to existing systems <BR><BR>Troubleshooting, on-call and Problem Resolution support for operational issues 24x7 relating to Middleware products. <BR><BR>Work on-site with a team of support professionals in Dubuque, IA <BR><BR> <BR><BR>Continuous improvements to existing services through: <BR><BR>Risk management <BR><BR>Change control <BR><BR>Configuration management <BR><BR>Industry best practices <BR><BR>LEAN methodologies <BR><BR> <BR><BR>Required Experience: <BR><BR>Minimum of six years experience in an IT organization in a support/systems administrator role. Experience installing, configuring and managing with more than 3 of the following products: <BR><BR>WebSphere AS <BR><BR>WebSphere Portal <BR><BR>WebSphere Commerce <BR><BR>WebSphere Datastage <BR><BR>Weblogic AS <BR><BR>Apache/IHS, SunOne Webserver, or other webservers <BR><BR>Other like products. <BR><BR>Experience with multiple operating systems including, Windows, UNIX, AS/400, and OS/390 experience including Scripting experience. <BR><BR>Experience in a high availability environment, preferably working to SLAs. <BR><BR> <BR><BR>Preferred Experience <BR><BR>Knowledge/experience with WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Process Server, Tibco Business Suite, and other like product support <BR><BR>Experience implementing SOA and messaging solutions <BR><BR>Understanding of programming - application development experience with J2EE and/or other like languages <BR><BR>Ability to utilize Scripting languages a plus <BR><BR>Directory Services knowledge.
