Incumbent assesses situation to determine problem facing the client. Problems are not routine or standardized and the creation of documentation explaining the solution to the problem is required. Responsible for implementing changes to the client environment. <BR><BR>Desired minimum experience: 5+ years using industry standard Imaging tools (Symantec Ghost and Microsoft ImageX) <BR><BR>In-depth Understanding of all standard operating systems including registry edits and driver installs. <BR><BR>Working knowledge of troubleshooting, image testing and regressive testing techniques <BR><BR>Experience with creating test plan documents, diagnosing image failures. <BR><BR>Excellent communication and written skills <BR><BR>Primary job responsibilities are; <BR>Support problem and change requirements as they relate to image building. <BR><BR>Work involving problem determination and implementation of changes to the desktop image environment.
